Jade is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer with over 10 years’ experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Her diverse animal training background includes dogs, cats, rabbits, and other pets, and her expertise spans behaviour assessments, behaviour modification programs, one-on-one coaching, and group classes. Jade is one of a few certified trainers in Canada (CPDT-KA). This means she has met the requirements put forth by an international governing body and that her training programs are grounded in behaviour science and humane training practices.
In addition to running her own business, Jade is active in the animal rescue community. She has opened her home to countless cats and dogs in need. Jade stays current on the latest theories and techniques of animal behaviour and training through regular seminar and conference attendance.
Jade is a professional member of the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers (CAPPDT) and a full member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT). She also holds memberships in the Canadian Kennel Club, the North American Dog Agility Council, the Agility Association of Canada, Canadian Association of Rally Obedience, the Doggone Safe Program, and the Australian Shepherd Club of America.
